Applications
It is suitable for Cloth and Surface of hard goods with coating, for Cloth,mainly Polyester and polyester/cotton, for hard goods with good high tempereture resistance,like film, metal, ceramic, PVC and so on. only if the materials have good high-temperature resistance,with coating,all could be heat transfered.
Heat Transfer Paper
It can absorb enough sublimation ink,when meeting high tempereture,the sublimation ink also can be totally released from the heat transfer paper, the dispersion rate can reach above 95%, transfering the colors on the surface of materials.
Processing of heat transfer on fabric
| 1.installing continuous supply ink system suitable for heat transfer,checking whether the nozzle is normal. |
| 2.Opening flat ironing machine, control panel parameters have been set, hot machine preheating and adjust the pressure switch, pressure plate was made to achieve the best state. |
| 3.Using printer to output image, image must be mapped and need to be dried for a few minutes after output. |
| 4.Placing the cloth which will be printed on the platform of flat ironing machine,and the printed image need to be faced to the fabric. |
5.Pressing the operating rod of flat ironing machine to the end,pulling the lever until a certain time,removing the thermal transfer at once and taking down the printed fabric. |
